Beautiful Bodnant Gardens
Thames Barges at Pin Mill.
A very unusual representation of a female nude figure apparently formed as a mosaic of coloured tiles but is in fact painted on a stretched canvas, ready to hang and set in a contemporary dark mahogany effect tray frame measuring 68cm x 48 cm overall x 35 mm deep.. It is meticulously painted with great attention paid to each individual tile. This would be an eye catching talking point in any display.
Pin Mill. Butt and Lobster.
Freedom is a 30 x 24 x 0.5 inches oil painting on canvas showing a lone seagull gliding over a calm blue sparkling sea. The ocean is tranquil and the gull is in no hurry. Behind her, the sea glows white towards the horizon which is lost in a white haze. Light sparkles show on the peaks of the turquoise blue waves. I painted this because I wanted something calming and serene and find it represents freedom for me. I also painted it during the hot summer days of July and really wanted to be on holiday so it became a substitute :-) It had to be a lone gull because I am a fan of Jonathan Livingston Seagull by Richard Bach. The painting is ready to hang, white edges, frame recommended but not essential
