This large painting of Swallow Falls in Wales, was painted after my first ever visit there. I just loved the tranquil ,romantic atmosphere that surrounds the place. The sun was shining through the canopy of trees on the day we visited and I have managed to capture this in the painting. The colours of the trees and bushes are fresh and and the white waterfall stands out beautifully cascading down through them. The photos of this painting really does not do it justice.. It has been painted in acrylic and oil paint. The sides are stapled but I have painted over them with black acrylic paint and it is really not noticable. You could of course frame this painting. NOW REDUCED BY £100 25% of all sales are being donated towards the O'Connor Cancer Unit at Royal Shrewsbury Hospital where my son Jim is being treated..
