Description:
This is a portrait painted in the classic style. It was pre-selected for the RP exhibition at the Mall Galleries but did not make the final cut. It sold on the preview evening of a prestigious Yorkshire exhibition - unfortunately underpriced it was also wanted by two other prospective buyers and I am now in the process of painting another version for one of these people.
The painting is set in a contemporary dark mahogany effect tray frame measuring 69cm x 48 cm overall x 35 mm deep.

Red Riding Hood in Mosaic

This is an extremely unusual representation of a nude female figure in a red cloak apparently formed as a mosaic of coloured tiles but is in fact painted on a stretched canvas, ready to hang and set in a contemporary dark mahogany effect tray frame. It is meticulously painted with great attention paid to each individual âtileâ. This would be an eye catching talking point in any display. The frame measures 68cm x 48 cm overall x 35 mm deep.
