The latest in my popular series of birch tree paintings--A Walk In The Woods has been painted in high quality acrylic paint on a chunky 30in x 12in canvas.
All the sides are painted and it does not require a frame.
The painting has been coated with 3 layers of varnish to protect it.
This monochrome painting will fit in a traditional home or a more contemporary one...if you would like me to paint another version for you on a different sized canvas or using different colours please get in touch and I will be happy to do so!

Into The Snow

Dragonflies and Foxgloves
Description:
This fantasy painting has been created using acrylic , oils and encaustic wax.Its mainly monochrome but I have added some colour in the form of foxgloves and dragonflies using melted wax.
The water and light coming through the trees are created using oil paint--it works well and gives a lovely translucent effect.
The sides are all painted and its been varnished to protect it.
It comes strung ready to hang in the room of your choice!

Serenity lll
Description:
Part of the new Serenity series of paintings.
Tranquil and peaceful-painted in oil paint onto an unusual oval shaped canvas.
The sides are staple free.
The main colour is a soft dusky mauve, but I have used a very limited palette of just 3 colours-mauve, white and black.

Enchanted Evening
Description:
This painting has been painted onto a staple free cicular canvas measuring 40cm in diameter.
The sides are all painted.
The painting is based on the Welsh coast where we have spent many happy days and evenings.
I have used shades of purple, mauve, pinks and creams with the rocks and grass in black-silhouetted against the sky and water.
The water has been created using a special metallic paint that shimmers and catches the light.
The painting is varnished and ready to hang.

FAMILY TREE
Description:
Family tree seemed an apt name for this painting- it shows a daddy tree, a mummy tree and a small baby tree all together in a snowy landscape painting!
I have used prussion blue with a touch of black for the coldness-the bright white snow stands out lovely against it.
The sides have not been painted but can be if required at no extra charge-it can also be framed in a black frame for an extra charge of £15.
