A framed, original watercolour painting showing corn cobs still encased in their dry leaf sheaths, giant poppy seed heads and a couple of green leaf beetles. Painted loosely with a limited palette of warm colours, this painting is all about the textures and granulation effects achieved with my Daniel Smith paints, enhancing the extreme detail. It is presented in an off white mount and a complimentary yew frame with gold sight edge to a total size of approximately 29 x 22 inches, ready to hang.
