Poor Little Betty
This painting was inspired by a short surreal verse written by myself which reads as follows: "Poor little Betty slept on a jetty all day and night. Cat's whiskers grew long and all day the sun shone while Jonathan flew his kite". It is painted in mixed media and collage on watercolour paper and is available in a gold frame as illustrated. Still Life Hydrangeas
An oil painting of some beautiful pink hydrangeas that I picked out of my garden. They are sitting on a table in a vase in front of my room window. It is painted on a 20x16 inch canvas and is painted on all sides so can be hung without a frame or you can frame it if you like. The side views have a yellow cast because they were photographed in electric light.
This a lovely view of Whitby harbour looking over towards the Abbey on top of the cliffs with the old town nestling beneath it. I have painted it in oils on a 30 x 20 inch panel. It is varnished and ready to hang if you buy it with the frame. The price includes the frame which is a 2 inch wide brown wooden frame with an inner gold line as in the photo.
