Calf Rock is on Ilkley moor. Here the rock is caught at sunset at the end of a day in summer. The town of Ilkley and it's environs are in the distance, but can hardly be seen because of the dazzling light of the sunset.

Burley fountain in winter 2006
Description:
Burley fountain is a fairly new addition to the village of Burley in Wharfedale and is situated in what used to be just a seating area just off the village green. St Mary's church spire can be seen in the background.

Field on the corner of Hag Farm Road, Burley. 2019
Description:
Hag Farm Road leads to, as the name suggests, to a small farm on the outskirts of the village. Next to a bend on this road is a field usually used to keep horses. This painting shows the field in the morning on a day in summer with the early morning light shining off the roofs of nearby houses.

Rocks on Ilkley Moor. 2015
Description:
I found and photographed this small group of rocks whilst walking on the moor. they were near a local stone called the "Swastika Stone" which has a design on it, believed to be a tribal symbol of the Ligones race, similar in shape to that of a swastika hence it's name.

Titty Bottle Park by the river Wharfe in Otley 2015
Description:
Titty Bottle Park is so called because it is the place where in Victorian/early Edwardian days wealthy parents would employ a nanny who would push their baby in the park along with the rest of the local nannies and they would feed the babies from a small porcelain bottle filled with milk hence the name "Titty Bottle".
