D' Abstract 51 H - The colours, vogue, retro style and combination, reminds me of the late Sixties., the early days of hard rock, Bowie, Iggy Pop, Mods and Rockers, grease and comb, vespas and triumphs, underground beats, youth culture and a wider audience to Pop. Then all seemed fresh, new, hopeful, daring and freeing as a 'lifestyle ' statement displayed our badge where boundaries and accepted behaviour was challenged then as it is now.

Perhaps it's personal but I suspect not.

Weekend at last Charity Events in aid of Children's Charity Safe@last presents a Champagne Reception, Italian Dinner with musical interludes and an art auction/preview at Sandbeck Park, by our Hosts and Patrons Lord and Lady Scarborough, nr Maltby South Yorkshire. June 25-27th culminating., after the Fashion show and Afternoon tea on Sunday with a general public art exhibition/sale of 'Art in the Park'. Come along, a fun filled weekend.
