One of my "large" range of canvases. If you'd like to commission a smaller version of this painting please get in touch. Relaxing contemporary semi-abstract painting in teal and blue with orange. The fresh bluey green background sets off the striking orange sun and cloud colour. This is an attractive and fresh painting that would compliment most colour schemes. If you would like to see more photos before purchasing please ask. The painting continues round the edges of the canvas frame so that it is ready for immediate hanging.
Rio dei Mendicanti. Venice.
Frolicking Horse (Framed print of my grandad's Original Painting)
Slight departure from the landscapes... spotted this juxtaposition of buildings as I was walking home from town one wintery day. It's one of many similar scenes that make Macclesfield an interesting and not-too-gentrified place to live. There's oodles of history here and it's reflected round the town wherever you go. Oil on canvas. Framed and ready to hang. On display at Substation, Queen's Avenue, Macclesfield.
Contemporary painting of rich red poppies against a contemporary turquoise blue and gold background. The background is textured with different layers for added interest. The painting continues round the edges of the canvas making it ready to hang with no framing necessary. This painting is on a deep edge box canvas and has been finished with a protective satin varnish.
Into the Distance
Calming mountain vista in graduated blues. The relaxing colours in this painting will complement most colour schemes and brighten any room. The painting continues round the edges of this box canvas so it is ready to hang with no need for framing. This creates a very simple but effective style. This painting has been finished with a protective satin varnish.
Molly (Framed Print of my Grandad's Original)
This is a Print of the Original that my Grandad (H.S.Hyatt 1909-1999) did. I have kept the original as it means so much to me.The print is the same size as the original 3.5 x 5.25 inches and the frame is 4.75 x 6.75 inches. It is printed on Bockingford watercolour paper for inkjet printing on a flatbed printer with genuine canon inks. Includes poem printed on card: Grandad painted the originals in Olden days past, I wish that time didn't go so fast, I was still a child when he gave them to me; I wish I had more from his history. When I was born he was 55, I didn't see him painting when I was alive, now I wish I'd bought him paints when he retired, but now he's past on, his talent's expired. (I didn't think of buying him paints then - I was only 10) I made theses prints from his Originals for all to see; I hope he feels proud and is happy like me, seeing his talent revived on the world wide web should give him a thrill, even though he is dead his spirit lives on and I know he can see significant things that happen in our family.
